Return Policy
WHAT can be returned?
Except for the mouthpiece kit (MPK-5) all products are returnable IF the product is in the same condition as when purchased.
WHEN do items need to be returned by?
No later than 30 days after purchase.
WHO can return items?
ONLY the original individual who intitally purchased the items.
The SHIP TO address MUST match that used in the initial purchase.
WHERE do items need to be returned to?
After obtaining a RETURN AUTHORIZATION, product can be returned to:

HOW do customers return items?
Complete the RETURN FORM to obtain a RETURN AUTHORIZATION.
Items returned without a RETURN AUTHORIZATION will not be credited.
Items returned without their UNIQUE CODE on the package as described above will not be credited.
Items returned without following additional instructions on the RETURN AUTHORIZATION, if any, will not be credited.
SHIPPING for returns?
Customer is responsible for shipping charges for returns.
CREDIT for returns?
You will be issued a refund check for the original price (less fees and handling) of the item once the item is inspected and received LESS our 45% restock fee.
Shipping costs are not refundable.
Replacements will be shipped by Lorin Technologies Corporation only to the individual who originated the transaction to the address that appears on the RETURN AUTHORIZATION FORM.
The return policy may be changed from time to time by Lorin Technologies Corporation of which all returns will be governed by the most current policy.
